Florida Bank of Commerce, Winter Park, Florida

Originally a restaurant, this Winter Park building was renovated and an addition was designed in order to create a 2,847 square foot branch for Florida Bank of Commerce. The addition was finished with Jerusalem marble while the existing building’s stucco finish was repainted. A glass entry demarks the addition from the existing building. Aluminum airfoil blade sunshades help control the temperature within the building by reducing heat gain while providing a clean, modern look to the building’s façades.
