As part of our mission, we want to assist non-profit organizations who are giving back to the community. Designing buildings for housing, education, and medical facilities for the marginalized members of society is an integral part of that mission. We are proud of our past projects which provided architectural services for the family homes, churches, student housing, medical clinics, and classroom facilities for the people of the Dominican Republic through the Mission Office at the Diocese of Orlando.
Programming allows those involved in the project and particularly the end-users to set forth their criteria and requirements early in the project’s development. Headed by a lead architect, a project’s planning phase considers the entire picture. The process involves examining the design and footprint of the building, surrounding infrastructure, and local government requirements. It should also include determining the purpose of the structure, goals of the project, and other essential elements. By creating a master plan, the entire project is likely to go as planned and lead to a successful facility.

From meetings where we listen to our clients’ needs, wishes and dreams, we can create conceptual floor plans, building sketches and renderings or interior elevations that will generate a visual narrative to guide our clients through the process of formulating their vision. We develop the interior and exterior of our projects concurrently in order to produce well designed and integrated architecture.
