Trustco Bank Winter Park

For its new Winter Park branch offices, Trustco Bank wanted a modern building that flooded the interior with ample natural light and clearly addressed its connection to the street as well as to the rear parking lot, where the main entrance is located. This two-story, 16,000 square foot, mid-century modern building provides the bank with the iconic architectural statement that they desired. On the street side, the façade is covered with ample glazing. A street-side wrap-around second floor balcony and an outdoor patio help create a sense of connection to the busy street. The building materials selected present a contrast in both color and texture with the use of a light colored stucco finish combined with the warmth of natural stone.
